Nixon: "I am not a crook." Bush: "Read my lips, no new taxes. Clinton: "I did not have sexual relations with that woman." Gallagher for years has used this little "Gee willikers, I didn't know it was wrong- It was no big deal-All the cool kids are doing it" line of excuses. Check the big screen TV in his office in S FL. I'll bet it still has the state property ID tags on it. Tommy, you can't just put on ethics like a cheap suit.
