Both of you are clueless. The state is not AND CAN NOT RUN AN INSURANCE COMPANY! They have proven that by having to use 750 million dollars of my tax money towards Citizens. The whole reason we are in this mess is the state created the JUA in 93 after andrew. Keep the government out of insurance and it will fix itself. I think a solution is to hit the soft auto insurance market somehow.
