When will the clients start taking personal responsibility? If you choose to live in a flood prone area, buck up and buy the flood insurance. I don't choose to live in a city below sea level. Quit blaming the insurance company. I think Bob said it best - they are insuring a Chevy and want a payout for a Rolls...
