Is this guy directly related to John Garamendi? Both of these commissioners are smoking' something....Wind, Quake, Flood...these markets are all out of control, no one has capacity, so Florida's answer is to bankrupt Citizens? Let me guess, the taxpayers will end up funding the losses....as usual. Wouldn't it be nice if we could elect some competent officials once in a while...
