Farmers just lost a $115 million lawsuit by it's policyholders in San Diego last month for overcharging on it's monthly bills. Is this more bad news for the once mighty Farmers? Looks like the respective DOI commissioners are getting some licks in. I'm glad to be away from Farmers. They've performed poorly in California over the past five years and they could use less bad news in the press.
