why do we as drivers have to make changes when it shud be a 2 way situation...how many times do u see a biker, crawl up onto the back end of our vehicles, slide between 2 vehs or even take the emergency ln?...where is the responsiblity? i used to drive a big rig, even driving by a car that wind gust can move the veh...but if we have been instructed correctly how to drive and assume the responsiblity of a driver when we accept our license, this takes into account that nobody wants to take responsibility...in today's society, it is happening more and more...safe driver is the responsibility of all drivers...also, the 3ft clearance? is that from the vehicle or the lane? because that whole lane is belongs to that driver...so i agree that both parties are responsible!
