It sounds to me like State Farm is more worried than the employees. The company is doing their best to keep these individuals from testifying.

Having said that, any employee that would allow a company to direct them to break the law should be held accountable. By keeping silent and following directions from a company to commit illegal acts, they become contributors to the crime and should be charged accordingly.

These are the exact scenarios that give insurance companies a bad name and the honest companies and employees have to pay for it.
