Reminds me of the good old days when Pru was caught selling totally inappropriate, overpriced products to widows and orphans. Rogue brokers, they said. Isolated incidents, they said. We are shocked. SHOCKED! Then it all came out in the court case that management was behind the strategy 100%.

I'm all for individual responsibility to uphold ethics, but I hope State Farm gets nailed for this.
