So, why are there not more states doing this? This would reduce fraud, decrease rates. Where does the actual reward money come from? Or are the insurance companies helping with that cost as well? Either way, it's a notice to those that fraud -- MORE EYES LOOKING! Let's hope it does deter more cases so that the consumer, insurance company, and the courts will save time, money and energy.
