Subject: Flood Paid 100% Wind Damage is Denied
State Farm is refusing to pay for wind damage in MS....
$0 Structure/Bldg.
$0 Loss of Use
ANPAC is refusing to pay in New Orleans
Leaking Roof, Broken Windows, Walls cracking but they want FEMA to cover the damage, using water.
I have read my policy, they are cheating us. I just went with Scruggs to sue State Farm in MS, and I just sent a complaint to DOI & A/G in LA against ANPAC.
Took over 4 months to pay for my SLK Mercedes that was in my driveway.
The only people who called about the car was the salvage company ANPAC sold the car to. I told them I would not release the car until I was paid. The finally quit calling when I told them that the police put the vin in the computer and tagged the car as flooded.
I had to scream & curse the ANPAC rep for slow paying.
The bonus is the car is still in my driveway. I am going to charge them storage fees.
Trust me, it's the ultimate betrayal
and we still have to bay the SOB's when we cant live in the home and we can't collect wind damage claims.
United States of Russia ???
