It looks like, in order to lower rates, the politico's are trying to create ways to attract, though lower prices, broader coverages, more business to the state owned company. Why not go all the way and outlaw private insurance in the state and force everyone to purchase insurance through the state. The taxpayers will pay for it one way or another...Don't pretend you are a capitalist when you are a socialist.
