Exactly what was the intent of this EMERGENCY order? the only thing even close to noteworthy was that it extended the non renewal period from 90 to 100 days. and companies are stil able to get off business that had been notified (even though the clarification indicated otherwise)Is "One Term Charlie" realizing he is not in control of the insurance industry?
