Richard Scruggs should be dis-barred and charged with contempt and fraud. Every suit he filed using the stolen documents should be immediately dismissed. If his brother-in-law the senator had an ounce of decency he'd condemn his actions and conduct. Don't hold your breath waiting for that to happen. I'll take bets our judicial system does nothing to penalize this this scumbag. He'll continue to be regarded as a "prominent attorney" in the backwoods of Mississippi.
