For one thing, those documents are not to be distributed to anyone because they may very well contain confidential information about policyholders, including names, addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth and social security numbers. As an agent I know if I made any of that information available to someone outside my company I would be in a heap of trouble. As agents, independent contractors, of State Farm these women have signed agreements specifically stating they would NOT do what they did. Sorry, but this smells of
Scruggs picking up the scent of State Farm's deep pockets and 'going for the green'. Lastly, I'm one who is patient enough to wait and see what really happened down there. To those of you who want to jump on State Farm at any suggestion of malfeasance, I hope you are never presupposed of guilt before your position is presented. There remains a reason why State Farm is at the top of the heap for claims satisfaction. Odd, that doesnt jive with what the State Farm haters spew endlessly. Wonder why you hate them so much?
