Whatever happened to ethics and integrity as insurance professionals? How does any company justify internal, undisclosable crimes to avoid servicing the policies we agents sell? When we sell a policy, what we are truly selling is claims service, so to have a claim denied without true basis is a black eye for our industry and makes agents look like they double deal. Our integrity comes into question when the companies we represent reneg or stonewall OUR CLIENTS!
