You are like most all State Farm people, live in your own little State Farm World. Many companies set up motor homes to take claims and make advances. The problem is when other companies paid for WIND DAMAGE to coastal houses, State Farm refused. I have seen State Farm engineer reports where wind was noted as a contributing cause and State Farm denied the claim in its entirity. State Farm adjusters refused to return phone calls. It regularly took 7-10 days and 5-7 phone calls just to get an adjsuter to call an insured back. That is just the State Farm arrogant way. Do it their way or go to court. Hopefully there will be enough punitive danmage cases so it hutys them.
