No, not really. I actually worked for another insurance company before coming to State Farm, so please don't make assumptions. And you are incorrect about one thing, the other carriers did not start issuing advances until they learned that we were. I know State Farm got there way before anyone else did and rallied everyone within earshot within our organization to help take care of our policyholders. Funny how you have seen these alleged reports and yet the judge in Mississippi has not has not, becasue Mr. Scruggs won't return them. You must be one privilieged individual to get to see such information. And it's not arrogance, it being proud of the way your company responded and doing the right thing. If we were SOOOOO arrogant, why is that 98% of our claims have been paid and closed, leaving 2% to ***** and moan about us not paying for things not covered?
