Salma Zacur and the DFS Bureau of Rehabilitation and Liquidation. Kudos to them for offerring the insureds (and their agents) a rewrite offer that eliminates the loss of premium (and return commission) nightmare. Now, if they could just get that kind of deal when an auto insurer goes under...I'd drink to that!
