Hey 1%....if you want to bash State Farm so bad how about reading the lastest posting regarding Katrina lawsuits. I could take your stance and say Allstate is a bunch of idiots, how could they pay the neighbor's claim and not this one(which I'm also going to be like you and take for granted they are next door neighbors and not somewhere in the community because the posting has definitions for certain words being used inside the article like most insurance policies). I'm also going to take your position that the neighbor's claims are identical to the lawsuit because the article discussed the cases and the other settlements in great detail. But, most intelligent people would gather all the facts before having diarreha of the mouth and really see what was going on.

To reference your question you keep asking all of us about slab cases.....at least State Farm was "consistant" across the board in their handling of claims. Being the intelligent person you are, you should realize this would makes it easier in a policy defense situation at trial then just bad claim handling...but from all your posting you failed to grasp that fact, you just saw it as a stupid company..It appears the people at State Farm are a little smarter than what you give them credit for....How 'bout you jump over to the other article and write some posting about how they handle their business because it appears State Farm is smarter than the average "BEAR"....30 years experience and look where it got you....you should try getting on with State Farm or Nationwide....it appears they have pretty good training about the big picture.....or can the "old dog" not learn new tricks.....
