Thanks for answering part of my question but you again avoided the real question. We all know you are a great Independent Adjuster with over 30 years experience. Your reputation is not the one being slammed here. You have been slamming SF and Nationwide in this entire thread. I want to know how you would have handled this suit after you've reviewed all the information (meaning both sides) not just want is being presented in the newspapers. I can document on two different occassions where the newspapers in Mississippi have withheld crucial information pertaining to the insurance industry in Mississippi to keep this and other issues on the front burner. If they did it then there is no telling how long they've been doing. What I'm trying to get thru to you, unless you've been privy to both sides of each case your position is again one of "ignorance" than of "knowledge".
