potatoes, then nothing happens. Each one blamed the other for not doing
anything, so therefore they couldn't do anything either.

DON'T blame it on one bad agent and then discard.
That's silly. (unless he hypnotized everyone else)

It has been shown to be COMPANY POLICY. In this era of Clinton-ethics
spreading it's disease everywhere, most people WILL NOT stand up for
what's right, ESPECIALLY if it's only to mess with "small stuff" that
doesn't profit them.

Remember the battle cry when people tried to teach kids right and
wrong?... "What right do you have to teach your values to other
people?"
Words like "honor", "truth", "character" are now held in disdain, and
are ridiculed.

Today the ones who stand up and point out "that's wrong!" are the ones
attacked for not being "tolerant" of the concienseless. It's not the
rotten wrongdoers that get punished- It's the do-gooder "intolerant"
types saying "hey, that's not right!" who get beat up and attacked for
not happily approving other's "rights" to be despicable..

Your carrier do the investigation, and present the facts. That's what
your Ins is supposed to do! If the owner was with the vehicle just
