Covenant is a fine organization that has apparently suffered from someone's very poor judgement. I suspect Covenant's employee benefit plan for their drivers is far superior to TN WC benefits -- likely the reason for someone's erroneous attempt to exclude WC. I'd really hate to think otherwise. Covenant drivers are some of the few I don't worry about as I share the freeways with them.
Even HR can make mistakes....
