In regard to your question....I think I can answer that for you. Our attorneys said Merck can't possibly take every case to court, or they will be broke, and by then our grandchildren's grandchildren won't even get the money...that's how long it will take to get to every case. They say they won't settle, but just watch. There will be a global settlement, its the only way everyone will be compensated, and they know this. They will never survive all the court costs, even if they try every case....trust me, I don't know how long it will be, but you will see your money....we all will. They had no intentions of ever telling us the truth about the drug. They want to use pre-medical conditions to prove they were not liable, but the truth is, the drug doubled the risks of heart attacks, no matter what your pre existing condtion was. I am optimistic...I have great attorneys!!!
