What is left of my heart goes out to you!My heart attack left me with 50% of my heart...but, I can not imagine the lost of a spouse...Yes, Vioxx!

What happens to us after the heart attack..well, we lose our jobs, our insurnance, our homes, our lives...and we pay for our meds. our insurance...While we wait, then we hear the Merck attorneys prance around a court room saying we where in a "high risk group" they spend 72 Million per case.....Merck has put 800 million for litigation, they have spent 500 million so far...on what, 10 cases! No wonder the stockholders are starting to sue Merck...Makes you wonder what the Big CEO'S are thinking....

Then they ask for a 47 Million lawsuit settlement to be lowered to 20 Million...Does that not speak volumes..they know they covered up the facts...Will the courts then allow them to appeal?

Figure it out...27,000 thousand cases...they spend 73 Million per case...

When will our courts make them stop this crap!!!!

Do we need to put 60,000 bodybags on Merck's lawn to make a point...that's what the figure is on how many people died!

Will CNN and FOX cover this story??? I think not...they would lose their big advertisers Think about it, they put on commericals saying :Ask your Doctor about this or that drug!!! Maybe you should ask them if this will kill you!

Do not let someone who has not been through what we have been through to even try to understand...They probably have shares in Merck! But, maybe someday, they too will have something happen to them like we did....Karma!
