I don't believe that the smelling of drug labs is within marshall Seckman's job description nor any of its critical elements. If he lost his job or suffered some other disciplinary action because his nose wasn't working, then perhaps I think he may have a gripe against the medication maker. If marshall Seckman was out arresting illegal aliens/terrorists instead of executing the various state's jay-walking and parking tickets he wouldn't need the nose he messed up by taking the OTC medication. With the overly generous salary and benefits the taxpayer has to provide for the marshalls, you'd think they'd spend some of their loot on seeing a doctor; or maybe they want free medical care also.
