This sort of frivolous lawsuit is driving up drug prices and discouraging research and development in virtually every business in this Country today. It isn't possible that during his work sniffing out Meth labs the good Marshal was exposed to the toxic and noxious materials that such labs use to create their poison, is it? No, better to sue an American manufacturer who presumably has deeper (or at least more accessible) pockets than the Meth producers. And Workers Comp is probably not nearly as financially rewarding as a good old liability lawsuit.
