is not enough insurance at todays prices & plaintiff attorneys are only interested
in contingency fees 40% higher then in Europe. The insurance industry remarks are
weak and specious. A Half Million minimum
liability nationally and a maximum contingency percentage of 12% are responsible goals. Since all or most of our represantatives are attorneys, God help us for any reform. This action is
about as watered down as one can get
but consider the source, attorneys.
