AJ, State Farm mailed over 30,000 letters after the agreement 4 1/2 months ago. You make a huge assumption that State Farm has received responses from all $30,000 and is still delaying in payment, or not paying the claims. Assuming they did receive responses from everyone, even you as super an adjuster as you are, cannot adjust this magnitude of claims in this short of a time span. The reality is that State Farm is keeping to their agreement by re-evaluating claims, and continuing the process.

It appears Hood is grandstanding and stumping to prove to his constituents that he has their best interests at heart. I don't think he does...because of his previous actions, carriers are pulling out of MS.

Your alternate reality where there is no good to be found anytime involving State Farm makes your opinion a little less convincing.
