Let me respond to some of your mistaken assumptions...
1. "promised to attempt to resolve these claims almost 5 months ago."
They ARE attempting to resolve these claims. You assume they will do nothing else.
2. "$10 mil is only 1/5 of $50 mil!"
Again, you assume they will do nothing else. $50 mil has been set aside (so to speak) as a minimum to resolve these claims. It ain't over yet!
3. "Would you really think State Farm would admit to anything at this late date?"
You assume State Farm is guilty by default. They are just trying to get this behind them. AG Hood and the S.K.G. are trying to get votes (Hood) and money for themselves and their friends. State Farm has actually paid the AG for some administrative costs.
4. "How can we be expected to believe anything State Farm says in their manipulated releases?"
You assume everything State Farm says are lies, yet anything AG Hood states is the gospel. Have you even read State Farm's release and the letters attached?
