I have read the State Farm self serving response which has no rebuttal of the facts. I made a special point to get to look at the "new" correspondence sent out by State Farm, The first letter sent out was postmarked May 08, 2007 (4 months after the agreement) and amounted to nothing more than a non-waiver requiring the insured to sign and ask for the "re-evaluation." Like these people have been waiting 1 1/2 years with no offer and now they would not want to hear an offer? The response to the returned non-waiver was dated June 06, 2007 and was a bare bones minimum offer, on only the dwelling, with a release attached. Some have not received the original offer yet as they are slab cases and State Fram continues to send correspondence to a vacant lot! Why no offer for Other Structures, Personal Property, or ALE? Why drag out what could be done in one corespondence into two that drags out the process for over one month more?
