Alabama's current financial responsibity limits are rather low. A minimum limits policyholder could be facing a lawsuit if they rearended and "totaled" someone else's late model SUV or VAN. Think about the potential size of physical damage liability claims in a multi-car accident. The person calling him/herself THE FARM should take a deep breath and ask themselves what is in the best interest of Alabama drivers.
