My agent, who happens to also be a friend of the family, made sure that I didn't purchase minimums in PA. I took my son of the policy , however, after having two at-fault accidents, which, thank goodness were covered completely. Now he has Progressive, with minimums. His 15 year old Honda will likely not be replaced becuase he declined UM/UIM coverage. You can't make people make smart decisions.....
