why anyone would care what unemployedjoe thinks? Looks at ALL of his posts on this site and you will find blah blah blah. Same stuff, no facts, just blind hatred of State Farm and he spews lies, which I can prove. And yes, I am a State Farm agent. I take our claims department to task every time I think a customer of mine is not getting what is owed, but in all honesty, that doesn't happen very often. Let unemployedjoe rant all he wants, State Farm (yes my State Farm and I am UNAPOLOGETIC about it) is not the largest insurance company in the US because they treat their customers terribly. No business can thrive if they act in such a way. Mistakes probably were made, but in a storm the size of Katrina, perfection would be impossible. But we came damn close.
