I am interested in the collateral damage this type of law may cause. Knowing that this may be the only even partial solution to the current identity theft problem, it's still going to be interesting to see how this affects individuals ability to do business with anyone requiring a credit score. We are pretty deep in to credit scores in various industries to be able to just stop using them. On the other hand, I certainly understand the need for something to be done.
