I am new to the Florida insurance shopping game.
I am about to close on a home for 110,000. (foreclosed)
The insurance companies are setting
replacement values at 250,000. plus
does anyone know of an honest insurance
company that will write a polcy with
lets say 150,000 cash cap (risk limit)
no replacement required (cash out)
type of policy ???
this would limit insurance companies risk
and my premiums.
thought!! (would they insure a 20,000 car
for 40,000 ?) why are houses any different? if it is totaled then its
totaled.
thanks be looking forward to your comments.
