Trust me Pat, Floridians don't want surplus carries, or B-rated carriers, or Citizens Insurance. You can ONLY blame the Allstate's, and State Farm's of Florida for their pure GREED and for canceling hundreds of thousands of policies and increasing rates by 500%! Maybe you should put blame where blame belongs....in the Greedy Self-Serving Private Market!!
