I have never seen this blog look so much like a snake oil salesman's convention.
Folks there are dozens of companies that are writting home insurance all over Florida and at new lower rates. Do you want to be with a start up company with no money in the bank and no track record? will they know what to do with 100 adjustors when the next storm hits? as with any NEW carrier, they come in and buy the market with low prices the first year to get some money in the bank and hope they have no claims. then they raise the rates to pay the bills that they have added up over the first year, then they are higher than other because they can show where they were underfunded before.
Then your agent rewrites it the next year to another start up.
