After looking in to this company for a friend it became extremely familiar with a company that used to operate using similiar operating budget. Southern Family offered prices to condo associations and homes and did fare well to the storms in 2005- 2006. In addition there are still many unpaid claims. A policy was represented by a local agent ,which I still am not sure who, as beind re-insured by Lloyds yet I see nothing on their website NOR do they charge for re-insurance on their proposals. As I mentioned to my good friend "keep in mind that hurricane disasters are rarely reported in millions. Rather billions and 50 million does not go far.
