What am I missing here? An un-married 37 year old woman living with her boyfriend and their 4 teenagers in a trailer in the backwoods of Alabama are "waiting" for the government to give them a "grant" to buy a new trailer? Didn't these people ever hear of personal responsibility and self-reliance? I agree with C.C. that they need to do something to improve their situation, not just sit around waiting for a handout. One would think that two adults could have worked somewhere and saved enough money to buy a mobile home policy before this happened. If these people are that dumb, lazy, or both, the government shouldn't be handing out "grants" from the hard earned money of responsible taxpayers.
