There is an obvious disconnect about insurance company claim practices and the insuring public. Just ask Trent Lott (Mississippi). Maybe she should speak to the thousands of claim victims in Florida that were victimized by unscrupulous insurance claims adjusters after the storms. I am sure they far out weigh the numbers the number of claims a few "bad apples" public adjusters contributed to.
