I agree there are some unscrupulous PA's but I believe the majority of them are not. It still goes back to the main issue of the Independant and in house company adjusters not adjusting these claims fairly. I know from meeting many of them in the field that there are some very good and fair IA's and Company adjusters. However, if the insurance industry's priority was fair payment of their claims I and many of my collegues would not have the opportunity to pursue these additional funds; both for ourselves and the insured. I am sure we will have work for a long time. JF
