Yeah, or they can stage a reenactment of the fatal crash referenced, but this time have the kids wear seatbelts & then see if you have the same kind of deaths & injuries as that of the kids that didn't have any.

HELLO - I can't believe they are actually doing a study on something like this. I can't believe the States haven't already taken action to have seatbelts on the busses, since it's pretty much mandatory that all people wear them in private passenger & commercial vehicles.
