I purchased from the dealer an Ultimate policy for $3075. When I tried to file a claim for repairs, I was told to pay for the repairs and Ultimate would reimburse me. The claim is still unpaid (1/2007). I called the dealer and explained what had happened and that Ultimate was in receivership. The dealer's tried to sell me another policy for $1800. When I said no way, I was assured that the new policy was a really good one! Talk about no dealer responsibility!!
