Subject: Ceded Policy
this state has done right by those driving (in most cases). just to get a permit or a license you must show that have insurance. they made it mandatory so that even if you just happen to drive in your buddy's car, you have some insurance to protect you incase, your buddy dropped it. but then again, that buddy of his, if has a valid license is violation of the state if he did not have insurance. WOW! how many folks in NC, truly realize they have to keep insurance just to keep their license? that is the ultimate question.
