when will this end?! sounds like this will go and go and go, like the everready bunny rabbit (now w/lithium power). if i read correctly, there was a judge who threw out the original arrangement of investigation anyways. so is there an issue because he's continued the investigation but possibly using a different means. scruggs is till pending court and state farm still has payout outstanding. sounds to me like state farm is trying to drag this out from having to pay any more claims or possibly see other charges filed and then more penalties.
