I think Gov. Crist is trying to find a reasonable solution but the ins lobbyists are not cooperating and/or being truthful about this matter.
I feel sorry for the position the Governor is in.
Companies should be honest and not try to maximize their profits at the expense of breaking people's back and then threating to leave the state when things don't go their way! This behavior gives the ins industry the appearance of a cartel or should I see "mafia".
