Solution is simple. Free enterprise rather than total govt intervention. It worked after Andrew, and could have worked again. Gov Criss seems to have motives other than helping FL folk. The rhetoric of big bad everything is of little help. Facts are govt fouls up more than it helps.
Small wonder the committee is confused. They are getting two stories and hard to tell the difference. Now that insurance folk have testified under oath, how about the same for Gov Criss and friend McCarty. Maybe that would lend a bit of light...
