We are in new territory never seen before by past generations! Either people will have to abandon their homes and move out of state or simply won't be able to pay insurance rates if left unchecked!
Free market works in the long run over years of market imbalance adjustments which means suffering for many poor or fixed income folks. Some of the people posting here only look at this issue on a macro economy level but seem to forget about the day-to-day, month-to-month micro economy that average people have to live with.
