Leave it to some good old boy in Jerkwater, USA to allow the notorious scumbag Scruggs off the hook. It well known that the courts "down there" are even more corrupt than most places. These local yocals act with impugnity. You can bet Ricky Scruggs is a folk hero down south and has bought most, if not all the policticians and judges.
