It is a service nightmare and the commissions are low. Some have websites, some are not "ready" to provide us with online policy data to be able to help our clients. They are new companies and often they have not even trained their own staff. They do not train us on how they will be providing information to us and our clients so we are left to guess. In most cases, we are given a service contract which does not allow us to place other risks with the company to be able to develop a book with them. With a large book of Citizens, so many take-out companies popping up and each one doing things differently - managing these are difficult at best.
